I am 37 weeks/ 38 weeks pregnant and i'm having some kind of hot flashes....? - i have air in my ear and im pregnant

My face and ears are red and hot as I am overheating or something, and I feel like I can not breathe. but I feel better when the air was cold fan in me .... Kann jemand helfen? If you know please let me know how you know ....
