Sheer Tablecloths How Do I Get Melted Candle Wax Out Of A Sheer Tablecloth Overlay? ?

How do I get melted candle wax out of a sheer tablecloth overlay? ? - sheer tablecloths

This is a tablecloth with overlay of pure ivory. We use it for the first time this Thanksgiving. My niece (again many thanks for trying to help) to move a candle to form and pour candle wax on the brown. I do not know how. Suggestions or advice?

  1. It is a product called Goo Gone made of wax lifter. Works great. I use it in my church services after the lighting of candles on the chairs and carpets.

Dissolves and removes wax, but can not remove the color) (Burgundy. Wax Lifter craft stores like Michael's or Joanne fabrics are purchased.

I tested the idea of freezing and have only limited success. It works best in solid products such as door-candle. The wax is absorbed into the fibers of the fabric. Damaging heating the wax with an iron or hairdryer can delicate fabrics such as lace, net, acrylic or nylon. To test the canvas Goo Gone product.
